Thomas H. Davenport (@tdav) is the President’s Distinguished Professor of Information Technology and Management at Babson College, a visiting professor at Oxford’s Saïd Business School, and a fellow of the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy. Steven M. Miller is a professor emeritus of information systems at Singapore Management University, where he previously served as founding dean of the School of Computing and Information Systems and vice provost for research. Their new book, Working With AI: Real Stories of Human-Machine Collaboration, was published by The MIT Press on Sept. 27, 2022.
